Începând din data de 1 august 2013 serviciul de plată a taxei de parcare prin SMS în municipiul Arad este disponibil și în rețeaua de telefonie mobilă Cosmote.
Numarul de telefon special și tarifele sunt aceleași ca și pentru celelalte rețele GSM. Instrucțiunile pentru utilizatori și tarifele sunt afisate pe parcometre.
